Central Bank approves Ardshinbank’s takeover of HSBC Armenia

YEREVAN, AUGUST 27, ARMENPRESS. The Board of the Central Bank of Armenia, during the August 27 meeting, gave a preliminary approval to the acquisition by Ardshinbank CJSC of 75 and more percent direct significant participation in the charter fund of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC, the Central Bank said in a press release.

The Board also confirmed the 2023 Q3 – 2024 Q2 fiscal policy program report.
