YEREVAN, AUGUST 19, ARMENPRESS. The talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev have concluded in Baku.
According to Interfax, the leaders held negotiations in both narrow and extended formats. Following the negotiations, a ceremony is expected where the presidents will sign joint documents and make a statement to the media.
Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Azerbaijan on a two-day state visit on August 18.
During the narrow-format talks, Putin expressed Moscow's willingness to support the conclusion of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the delimitation of the border between the two countries.
