Avinyan assures scavenging issue will be solved soon

YEREVAN, JULY 24, ARMENPRESS. During the summer season, Yerevan Municipality have some problems related to scavenging, which will also be resolved in the near future, Mayor Tigran Avinyan said at today's press conference.

“We have some problems related to scavenging this season. Problems arise almost every year around this time. We identified the problems, acquired 8 new specialized equipment and 9 motors to replace the defective ones. we will also add 6 Chinese-made garbage trucks to our fleet. According to our estimates, this problem will be resolved in the near future,” Avinyan said.
