Member of the European Parliament welcomes EU Council decisions on Armenia

YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS. Member of the European Parliament Miriam Lexmann welcomed the decisions of the EU Council to begin a dialogue with Armenia on visa liberalization issues and to allocate €10 million from the European Peace Facility to the country.
Lexmann wrote, sharing a post by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in a post on X, in which Mirzoyan thanked the EU Council for adopting the above decisions on Armenia. The message reads as follows:
“Some wise and strategic decisions from the Council at last. I sincerely welcome the strengthening of our bilateral relations with Armenia and support reforms.”
