YEREVAN, JULY 18, ARMENPRESS. Armenia has become a member of Group of Friends of Nelson Mandela Rules, the foreign ministry said on X.
"On this Mandela Day, Armenia as a new member of Group of Friends of Nelson Mandela Rules joins others in advocating for human rights & dignity in penitentiary systems. Mandela's legacy continues to inspire for more action towards humane prison conditions & social inclusion," the ministry has posted.
