Iran is ready to cooperate with Armenia in all spheres

YEREVAN, JUNE 28, ARMENPRESS. The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to cooperate with the Republic of Armenia at any level, based on the mutual understanding and interests of both countries.

Iran’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Mehdi Sobhani expressed this opinion in a conversation with journalists at the Iranian embassy, speaking about Armenian-Iranian cooperation against the background of threats from Azerbaijan. Speaking about cooperation in various spheres of Armenian-Iranian relations, including military, Ambassador Sobhani noted that it depends on the government of the Republic of Armenia.

"We expressed our readiness to cooperate based on mutual understanding, which will be in the interests of our two countries, we are ready to cooperate with Armenia in all areas," Mehdi Sobhani said, once again emphasizing that cooperation with Armenia is possible at any level, but it must be based on mutual understanding and perception.
