Mexico's President intends to retire

YEREVAN, JUNE 3, ARMENPRESS. Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obradorr says he will retire from political life at the end of his term.
He told "RIA Novosti" during a press conference with journalists.
"I am very happy, completing my work as president. When I hand the symbols of power, I can say that the mission is accomplished, and I will retire. I will not participate in any public political activity. I have finished my cycle. I helped transform the country.”
On June 2, general elections were held in Mexico, the results of which will determine the future president, composition of the country's two houses of Congress, the governors of several states and local authorities - in total more than 20 thousand government positions.
