Tigran Avinyan issues a congratulatory message on the occasion of Republic Day

YEREVAN, MAY 28, ARMENPRESS. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan issues a congratulatory message on the occasion of Republic Day.

The message reads as follows:

“Dear compatriots, today we celebrate Republic Day, the anniversary of the founding of the first Republic of Armenia and the heroic battles of Sardarapat, Bash Aparan and Gharakilisa. Strengthening Armenia as a sovereign, free and democratic state is the mission of each of us.”

Tigran Avinyan also said that according to tradition, he spent this important day for homeland in Aparan.
