Yerevan denies Baku’s false claims about firing upon Azerbaijani combat positions

YEREVAN, APRIL 9, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Defence of Armenia denies the disinformation spread by the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry claiming that the Armenian Armed Forces allegedly fired upon Azerbaijani combat positions in the eastern border zone.

“The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan continues to disseminate disinformation. The release from the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan alleging that on April 9, at 10:40 a.m., the units of the Armenian Armed Forces fired upon Azerbaijani combat positions in the eastern border zone, does not align with the facts,” the Ministry of Defence of Armenia said in a statement.
