European Commission allocates additional 110 mln euros in humanitarian aid to Ukraine

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 14, ARMENPRESS.The European Commission (EC) has said it is allocating additional 110 million euros in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

The EC issued the relevant statement in Brussels on Nov. 14.

"The humanitarian situation in the country remains dire. The onset of winter poses further challenges. The Commission is therefore allocating 110 million euros in humanitarian aid of which 100 million euros will go to operations in Ukraine and 10 million euros to support Ukrainian refugees and host communities in Moldova," the statement said.
