Pashinyan says situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is overall stable, no Azeri troops in Stepanakert

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that the reports claiming that Azerbaijani troops have entered Stepanakert in Nagorno-Karabakh are untrue.

“There’s no such thing,” Pashinyan said in a live address, referring to the reports that Azeri troops are within Stepanakert.

Pashinyan said there are difficulties with communication in Nagorno-Karabakh. “As I’ve been informed from our partners in Nagorno-Karabakh, there are some problems on the roads to Martakert and Martuni. But overall, the situation is stable,” Pashinyan said.
