Instead of shooting civilians, a dialogue between Stepanakert and Baku is necessary – Deputy FM

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan has said that in an ideal world Armenians of Nagorno Karabakh could have lived under Azerbaijan but history makes this very hard to imagine. The Deputy FM told Reuters that for that to happen instead of shooting civilians, a dialogue between Stepanakert and Baku is necessary.
