Nagorno-Karabakh offers Azerbaijan to stop attack and hold talks

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. Nagorno-Karabakh authorities have offered Azerbaijan to immediately cease hostilities and hold negotiations to resolve the situation, the official InfoCenter of Nagorno-Karabakh said in a statement.

Azerbaijan has launched an unprovoked attack against Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Azeri forces use rocket-artillery and UAV strikes in the attack.
