Azerbaijan falsely accuses Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army of entrenching in Askeran

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijan has again falsely accused Nagorno-Karabakh of entrenching in Askeran, the Nagorno-Karabakh authorities said Monday.

“The statement released by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that around 23:15, September 17, Defense Army units attempted to conduct fortification works in Askeran region, which were allegedly thwarted by the actions of the Azerbaijani units, is yet another disinformation,” the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
