Azerbaijan again falsely accuses Armenia of border shooting in intense fake news campaign

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijani authorities have again falsely accused the Armenian military of firing at their outposts across the border, the Armenian Ministry of Defense warned.

“The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on September 17, at around 9:55 a.m., the Armenian Armed Forces units allegedly opened fire against the Azerbaijani combat positions located in the eastern part of the border, does not correspond to reality,” the Armenian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

The fake news is the second disinformation released by Azerbaijan on Sunday.
