Armenian Defense Minister, French Ambassador discuss bilateral cooperation in defense, situation on border

YEREVAN, MAY 24, ARMENPRESS. Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan met with the French Ambassador to Armenia Anne Louyot on May 24.

Issues related to the Armenian-French bilateral cooperation in the defense sector, as well the regional security were discussed, the defense ministry said in a readout.

Papikyan and Louyot praised the current level of the Armenian-French cooperation.

At the French ambassador’s request, minister Papikyan presented the current situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
