YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 13, ARMENPRESS. With the mediation and escort of the International Committee of the Red Cross, 20 people were transferred from Armenia to Artsakh, and 23 in the opposite direction, ARMENPRESS reports Information Headquarters of Artsakh informed on its "Facebook" page.

"They moved to Armenia to reunite with their families," the message says.
