Cabinet members hold moment of silence in honor of 15 troops killed in “horrendous” barracks fire

YEREVAN, JANUARY 19, ARMENPRESS. Cabinet members held a moment of silence in honor of the memory of the 15 troops who died in a barracks fire on January 19.

“A horrendous incident took place this night,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the Cabinet meeting. "15 servicemen died in a fire at a barracks of a military base deployed in the village of Azat in Gegharkunik province,” Pashinyan said. The Cabinet members then held a moment of silence.
