Artsakh starts issuing ration stamps

YEREVAN, JANUARY 18, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) authorities started issuing ration stamps, the Artsakh Ministry of Social Development and Migration said in a statement.

Residents will obtain several essential products with ration stamps as Artsakh is experiencing widespread shortages of food and other supplies due to the blockade.
