Three more patients transported from Artsakh to Armenia

STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 30, ARMENPRESS. At the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, three more patients - including cancer and heart failure patients - were transported from Artsakh to Armenia for treatment, the Artsakh government said.
