Special procedure for purchasing fuel established in Artsakh

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. In the situation created as a result of the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, within the framework of measures aimed at ensuring the normal life of the population, a special procedure for the purchase of fuel has been established, ARMENPRESS was informed from the State Revenue Committee of Artsakh.

State administration and local self-government bodies, business entities, as well as natural persons, in order to obtain a fuel purchase permit, submit a request for fuel purchase in paper or electronic form to the operational headquarters of the Republic of Artsakh, indicating the type of fuel, the amount, the purpose of use and other necessary data, which, after being studied, fuel coupons are issued by the State Revenue Committee for authorization to purchase petrol and diesel fuel.

Taking into account the amount of fuel reserves, the priority of issuing coupons is determined according to the type of activity and need; Priority is given to the applications submitted for the uninterrupted organization of health care institutions, special services, public transport, bread and food supply, organization of funerals.
