Armenia’s Security Council Secretary discusses regional security with French officials

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. During his working visit in Paris, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with Isabelle Dumont, advisor to the French president on Continental Europe and Turkey, Frédéric Mondoloni, Director for Continental Europe at the French MinistryofForeign Affairs, Vice-Admiral Christophe Lucas, Directorate-General for International Relations and Strategy at the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, and French Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Brice Roquefeuil.

During the meeting the sides exchanged views on a number of issues of the international and regional security agenda. The Security Council Secretary reaffirmed Armenia’s readiness to contribute to ensuring the security environment in the region.

The sides also praised the development dynamics of the Armenian-French bilateral multisectoral relations which have further intensified recently. An agreement was reached to continue the dialogue aimed at developing the bilateral ties in different areas.
