YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 14, ARMENPRESS. Turkish FM Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu thanked Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, who sent a condolence message on the occasion of the November 13 explosion in Istanbul.
