YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation today, November 11, ARMENPRESS was informed from the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
