Regional unblocking one of main directions of negotiations – Armenian FM

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. The issue of the unblocking of regional economic and transportation infrastructures is one of the main directions of the negotiations and is a very important part of the comprehensive settlement, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan said during the joint session of the parliamentary standing committees.

“The issue of the unblocking of regional economic, transportation infrastructures is one of the main negotiation directions and is a very important part of the comprehensive settlement”, the FM said.

He urged to apply to Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan for all the details relating to this matter.

“But I must state that the latest meetings and statements show that no one doubts the fact that the possible roads or transportation infrastructures to be unblocked or supposedly to be built will be entirely under the sovereignty and territory integrity of the countries through which they pass”, the FM stated.

As for the other details, the minister said they are being discussed. “I can highlight the constructiveness of the Armenian side here as well, and I must also record the non-constructiveness of the Azerbaijani and other concerned sides”, Ararat Mirzoyan said.
