Ambassador-at-Large Marukyan reveals what narrative Azerbaijan pushes forward regarding Artsakh people’s future

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. Ambassador-at-Large of Armenia Edmon Marukyan says that Azerbaijan is pushing forward a narrative that Armenians living in Nagorno Karabakh for centuries should either stay on Azerbaijan’s terms or leave for a third country.
