Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Russia congratulates Armenian President on birthday

YEREVAN, JUNE 23, ARMENPRESS. PatriarchKirill of Moscow and allRussia has sent a congratulatory letter to Armenian President Armen Sarkissian on birthday, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The message reads:
