Artsakh vows “proportionate response” to Azeri bombardment of Stepanakert City

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 6, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh has vowed a “proportionate response” to the Azerbaijani bombardment of Stepanakert City, the capital of Artsakh where the civilian populationagain came under multiple rocket-artillery strikes from Azerbaijan on October 6.

“This will be followed by the Defense Army’s proportional response, it’s just a matter of minutes, but the fact that the Azeri forces – by once again targeting our civilians- are letting us know that they are [out of order] at the frontline is a definite confirmed fact,” Artsakh presidential spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan said.
