YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 24, ARMENPRESS. The meeting of Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovakia Miroslav Lajčák kicked off in Yerevan on February 24, Armenian MFA spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan said on Facebook.
“We have very good dialogue and multiple platforms to work together. Slovakia remains very important partner of Armenia”, the Armenian FM said in his welcoming remarks during the meeting.
Miroslav Lajčákarrived in Armenia on February 24 on an official visit. He already visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial. Meetings with Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Armen Sarkissian are also expected. During the visit the Slovak FM will attend the official opening ceremony of the Embassy of Slovakia in Armenia.
