YEREVAN, 23 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. The National Institute for War. Holocaust and Genocide Studies (NIOD) and the Dornsife Institute for Armenian Studies at the University of Southern California will host a conference on “The Legacy of the Armenian Genocide: 100 Years Later" as part of the events dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on 5-7 March, 2015. As "Armenpress" reports, citing the Czech Republic's Orer.eu, the speakers representing different countries and involved in genocide studies and in other professional areas will be nearly 25 scholars and authors of the book “The Importance of the Armenian Genocide Today and its Impact on the Study of Different Spheres”.

The discussions will be devoted to the main topic of the book, that is, emphasis on the importance of issues on genocides and the impact of those issues on studies on instruction devoted to law, history, anthropology, political science, sociology, literature, education and the mass media.
