Stepanakert and Valence to sign Declaration of Friendship

YEREVAN, 20 NOVEMBER, ARMENPRESS. A Declaration of Friendship will be signed between the French city of Valence and Stepanakert, which is the capital of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. As the Department of Information and Public Relations of the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports to “ArmenPress”, this is what NKR Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Narine Aghabalyan said during a meeting held with Mayor of Valence Nicolas Daragon in the framework of her visit to France.

During the meeting, Nicolas Daragon informed that at the November 17 official reception taken place at the Valence City Hall with the participation of Chairman of the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle Francois Rochebloine he had stated his decision to join the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle.
