YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. Upon the invitation of the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, the President of Greece Karolos Papoulias will pay a visit to Armenia on September 29. The Mass Media and Public Relations Department of the Armenian President’s Office informed “Armenpress” that within the framework of the visit the President of Greece Karolos Papoulias will have meetings with the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Galust Sahakyan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan. Also, President Papoulias will lay a wreath at the Armenian Genocide victims’ memorial and pay tribute to the memory of the innocent victims.

It is considered to hold a ceremony of signing documents aimed at strengthening and expanding the Armenian-Greek relations. Following the ceremony, which will be held in the Presidential Residence, Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Karolos Papoulias will introduce a statement to the representatives of mass media regarding the result of the negotiations.
