Grigor Hovhannisyan appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Costa Rica

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS: By the order of the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United Mexican States Grigor Hovhannisyan has been simultaneously appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Costa Rica (residence Mexico City).
