Karabakh Defense Army prevents rival’s subversive action

YEREVAN, APRIL 8, ARMENPRESS: According to the operative information, on April 7 at 22:30 the rival implemented the next subversive action in the southeast direction (Marjanlu) of the Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic told Armenpress that the frontier subdivisions of the Defense Army noticed the actions of the Azerbaijanis on time and applied to contra actions, making the rival get back to their starting positions. On the retreat way, exploding in the minefield of the defense area, the rival had 3 victims (1 of which was an officer) and 6 wounded.

The Karabakh side did not have any losses in resisting the Azerbaijani fighters.

After the incident the frontier subdivisions of the Defense Army continue confidently implementing the military task they face and control the situation in the entire length of the line of contact.
