YEREVAN, MARCH 4, ARMENPRESS:  The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia Davit Sargsyan and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA to Armenia John Heffern on March 4 discussed the results of the session of the Armenian-American Intergovernmental Commission held in Washington, DC in 2012. The Department of Mass Media and Public Relations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that the programs envisaged for the coming year include cooperation in the areas of energy diversification and management of water resources, work activities aimed at increasing bilateral trade and investment as well as improvement of business environment. Based on the former achievements of reforms made in the state purchases Armenia will continue cooperation with the Government of the USA in training and support programs.
