National Assembly ratifies agreement on military-technical cooperation with Russia

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia ratified the agreement on the military-technical cooperation with Russia. The main speaker, Deputy Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia Ara Nazaryan noted that according to the agreement Russia will continue to provide the development of the military-technical cooperation area between the two countries. “According to the agreement, the corresponding enterprises of the two countries get an opportunity to sign direct contacts with each other,” he noted as reported by “Armenpress”.

Ara Nazaryan informed that delivery of military goods is assigned to carry out between Armenia and Russia with simplified way.

Deputy Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia underscored that Russia has such an agreement only with Belarus at the moment.
