41 Syrian Armenian families applied to migration service for getting shelter

In the course of the working meeting Armenian Diaspora Minister Hakobyan thanked department representatives for effective cooperation, emphasizing all the concerned issues are set to get operative solutions. 
Another consultation- meeting is scheduled to be launched on August 22, 16: 00 pm. 100 Syrian Armenians are going to take part in the meeting. Department representatives engaged in Syrian Armenian issues will also attend the meeting. 
YEREVAN, AUGUAT 22, ARMENPRESS: A consultation was launched in the Ministry of Diaspora headed by Hranush Hakobyan on August 21. The representatives of the various departments partook in the held consultation dealing with Syrian Armenian issues.

As Ministry of Diaspora told Armenpress ,Minister Hakobyan stated Diaspora Ministry is the chief state structure engaged in Syrian Armenian problems started from February. Minister underscored our Syrian compatriots mainly raise issues on accommodation, health care, provision of passport and entrance visa which reportedly are being classified and resubmitted to relevant government bodies.

Firdus Zakaryan Chief of Staff of the Ministry, head of the working group dealing with Syrian Armenian issues presented a report on the works implemented at regulating Syrian Armenian problems.

State Migration Service head Gagik Yeganyan told 76 –member- 41 families have submitted for receiving temporary shelter.

Deputy Health Minister Hayk Darbinyan assured all Syrian Armenians turned for medical help currently are getting proper medical assistance.

Labour and Social Affairs first deputy Minister Arayik Petrosyan informed by the instruction of the Ministry Syrian Armenians’ employment requests are being regulated on priority basis.
