Hranush Hakobyan receives leader of Eastern Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Church in US

YEREVAN, MARCH 2, ARMENPRESS: Diaspora Minister of Armenia Hranush Hakobyan met Friday with leader of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in US Archbishop Khazhak Parsamyan. The ministry's press service told Armenpress that welcoming His Holiness, the Diaspora Minister presented the programs and the researches conducted by the ministry over the Armenian communities of Diaspora, as well as the books published.

During the meeting the issues the community faces were discussed as well. The parties also referred to "Armenian Days" series of events held in Trieste, Italy, singling out "At the Threshold of 100th Anniversary of the Genocide" international scientific conference organized February 11 on the initiative of Diaspora Ministry of Armenia.
