YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. Foreign minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov will visit Baku on December 2-3 to hold talks with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and foreign minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during today’s press briefing in Moscow, reports TASS.

“Based on the agreement Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov will pay an official visit to Baku on December 2-3. During his visit meetings, talks are scheduled with the President of Azerbaijan and the foreign minister”, Zakharova said, adding that the FMs will also sign the 2020 consultation plan between the two foreign ministries.
