Political will to deepen mutual partnership with EU increases, says Armenian PM

BRUSSELS, MARCH 5, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan says he has discussed a number of issues, starting from the democratic reforms in Armenia up to the ongoing regional and international developments, during the meeting with President of the European Council Donald Tusk in Brussels, reports Armenpress.

“We highlighted with satisfaction the high level of political dialogue and cooperation between Armenia and the European Union. I have stated that after the velvet revolution Armenia’s determination and political will to deepen the mutual partnership with the EU have increased”, Pashinyan said.

According to him, the year 2019 has already started with high-level political visits, and he is confident that it will continue with very key developments and events in the near future which will contribute to the political dialogue and partnership.

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan is in Belgium on a working visit.
