3 Azerbaijani ISIS would-be suicide attackers arrested on Turkish-Syrian border

YEREVAN, JUNE 16, ARMENPRESS. Five would-be suicide attackers of the Islamic State terrorist organization have been arrested outside Imanli, a village on the Turkish-Syrian border.

Three of the arrested are Azerbaijani citizens, including two women. The terrorists have been identified as Sarkhan Aliyev, Gyulnur Shirmamedova and Nazenin Zeynalova, according to Azerbaijani media.

The other two terrorists are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They were attempting to cross the border into Syria and carry out terrorist attacks.
