YEREVAN, JANUARY 13, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan is preparing for the campaign of the parliamentary election by his work, Karapetyan told a press conference on January 13 asked about his role in the upcoming campaign.

Commenting on whether he has resided in Armenia during the past five years and whether the fact he has worked in Moscow can be a problem for including him in the pre-election list of the ruling party, Karen Karapetyan said: “I’ve been a citizen of Armenia for the past five years, I have resided outside Yerevan. Does it comply with the limit of days to be included in the RPA list, I don’t know the answer, but if it doesn’t then I won’t be in the list”, the PM said.

Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled to take place April 2.
