YEREVAN, OCTOBER 20, ARMENPRESS. Systematic reforms are necessary in all fields of public life in Armenia, Deputy Speaker of Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov said during parliamentary discussions on the Government’s Action Plan.

“The current situation doesn’t satisfy us, we have to carry out reforms in all fields of the public life. I specially underscore, reforms, not changes, because not always can changes be regarded as reforms. It is very important that the Government’s Program outlines that reforms must start from the Government”, he said.

Sharmazanov continued his speech by quoting Albert Einstein: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when they were created”. “Yes, we need new thinking, where there won’t be the privileged and the ordinary citizens, protected and unprotected. And all of this must be in all fields of public life”, he said.
