Supreme Military Council session convened in Turkey
15:12, 28 July 2016YEREVAN, JULY 28, ARMENPRESS. The summer session of Turkey’s Supreme Military Council began on July 28 led by Prime Minister Binali Yildirim Ankara, reports Anadolu.
The session convened for the first time at the prime minister’s residence, the Cankaya Palace.
Yildirim and Defense Minister Fikri Isik are also taking part in the council session for the first time.
The council will review the failed coup, as well as handle its regular agenda, namely the promotions and appointments of military staff.
