Dink family attorney applies to Constitutional Court

YEREVAN, JUNE 1, ARMENPRESS. The attorneys of the family of Hrank Dink, the Editor-in-Chief of Agos who was murdered in 2007, applied to the Constitutional Court.

The prosecutor’s office had decided not to pursue a number of suspects of the indictment against officials.

Attorneys of the Dink family objected the court’s decision, but were refused.

The attorneys have appealed to the Constitutional Court on the basis of violating the right to a just and fair trial.
