YEREVAN, MAY 9, ARMENPRESS.  Iveta Mukuchyan, who is representing Armenia in the Eurovision 2016 Contest, says she is all geared up for her performance.

“I’m in a very positive mood ahead of the performance, I’m very calm. I am all geared up, and I regret that I have only 3 minutes on stage to present my song, my feelings. There is some sort of a serious intimacy between me and this huge Eurovision stage. When I get off the stage, I immediately want to return”, she said.

Mukuchyan said she likes Stockholm very much. “It reminds me of Hamburg, where I live. Stockholm is similar to Hamburg with its structure and energy”, she added.

Iveta Mukuchyan says she shares the stage with talented artists. “Irrespective of the rules and logic of the contest, I remember that this is a stage of life, which every participant will remember for the rest of their lives. That’s why I want to take the most from it. I am sharing the stage with really talented and good artists, with whom I enjoy not only performing, but also casually talking and socializing,” she said.

“Eurovision 2016” Song Contest will take place on May 10, 12 and 14 in Stockholm, Sweden.

Iveta Mukuchyan is representing Armenia with the song “LoveWave”. Her first performance is scheduled on May 10.
