YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. Republic of Armenia Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Minister of Justice, Minister of Economy and Minister of Finance were instructed to study and give conclusion on the contract of 100% share alienation of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC being signed between “Liormand Holdings Limited” and “INTER RAO Holding B.V” companies.

Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Yervand Zakharyan said during Government session that “INTER RAO Holding B.V” company applied to the Government of the Republic of Armenia with the intention of alienating 100% shares of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC owned by it to “Liormand Holdings Limited”.

“Armenpress” reports that Republic of Armenia Government  instructed the interested parties (Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Minister of Justice, Minister of Economy and Minister of Finance) to study “Liormand Holdings Limited” company’s compliance with standards of principles, negotiate and develop a draft agreement according to which “Liormand Holdings Limited” company will fully  assume all the obligations arising from the contract of share sale of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC signed between Republic of Armenia Government and “Midland Resources Holding Ltd” on August 26, 2002.

“INTER RAO Holding B.V” company applied to the Government of the Republic of Armenia with the intention of alienating 100% shares of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC owned by it to “Liormand Holdings Limited”.
