Group, which abducted Turkish workers in Iraq, announced its preconditions

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS. A Shiite militia group, that abducted 18 Turkish workers, who were working on the construction of the stadium in the capital of Iraq,  Baghdad, released a video listing its conditions. As “Armenpress” reports, Turkish “Taraf” periodical informs about this.

The Shiite Muslims calling themselves the ”Death Squads” announced in a video, where also can be seen the abducted Turks, that Erdoğan must fulfill their demands to release their workers.

They, particularly, demanded not to allow the armed persons’ entry to Iraq via Turkey’s territory, suspend the stolen fuel flow from Kurdistan via Turkey. The “Death Squads” demanded to stop the blockade of a number of areas in Iraq by the Turkish forces. They announced that if their requirements will not be fulfilled, the Turkish representatives and interests in Iraq will be crushed in the heaviest way.
