Kessab-Armenians to receive aid in coming days

YEREVAN, JULY 3, ARMENPRESS.Kessab-Armenians will receive financial aid in the coming few days. This was told to “Armenpress” by Kessab-Armenian Karo Manchikyan, who added that the lists of the residents are ready, and in the coming 4-5 days the distribution of aid will start. According to him, the assistance was provided by the Armenian General Benevolent Union. "A tangible amount was transmitted by the Ambassador of Armenia to Syria Arshak Poladyan during his first visit to Kessab" - noted Manchikyan, adding that the assistance was also provided by the “Armenian Revolutionary Federation” Party, Syrian-Armenian emergency assistance body, as well as other organizations. The aid will be distributed to the residents in turn, to improve their living conditions.
