YEREVAN, AUGUST 20, ARMENPRESS: In London Paralympic Games Armenia will be represented by two athletes. Armenpress was informed from Armenian National Olympic Committee that weightlifter Greta Vardanyan and swimmer Margarita Hovakimyan will represent Armenia during London Paralympic Games.

Greta Vardanyan represents Armenia during Paralympic Games already for the second time” this time she gained the right to participate in the Games by taking part in international tournament in United Arab Emirates. Margarita Hovakimyan takes part in the Games for the first time. Armenian swimmer got the right to participate after taking parts in international tournaments in United States of America and Russian Federation.

The opening ceremony of Paralympic Games 2012 will take place on August 29. The games will finish on September 9.
